Bare Bawds Theatre Company

We are a theatre company based at the beautiful courtyard theatre at Christ's Hospital School. We use both professional and non-professional performers and aim to produce theatre and musical theatre of the highest standard.

Recent productions, directed by the Artistic Director Jeffrey Mayhew, include Cyril's Little Moments of Weakness and Strength by Julian Garner, The Beggar's Opera by John Gay, Dream Children by John Watts, the Gilbert and Sullivan operettas The Mikado and HMS Pinafore and Paul Ward's historical drama Nell Gwyn.
